I wasn’t going to say anything, and then I saw the “dad” comment. Congratulations on having your daughter read this if nothing else.

An old college friend (20 years ago now) sent me a link to this, because he knows that I have struggled with this my whole life — meaning the church and the rules and the finger-pointing, etc. I want a relationship with God/Jesus/Spirit that my friends and family are jealous of, as in “How do I get that?” I will be interested in seeing where you trend with this…
