I think this line of thought is what Bishop Wright gets hammered on by some Reformed folk but it seems clear to me.  The people of God are corporate. If you see election in this way then you get &quot;individual&quot; salvation thrown in too!

I keep seeing Meyer mentioned a lot in Jesus scholarship--high time I actually read him!
