Out of Print: A Novel…update
Dec 5th, 2007 by John
While the snowball is still small, it’s rolling!**
I have been interviewed twice by Jack Haveman of WGNB (89.3), the local Moody Radio affiliate. Jack sent a copy of the interview along with a copy of the book to folks at WMBI in Chicago–the mother ship. I also have an opportunity to do an interview on WGVU, the local NPR affiliate (this will probably happen Dec 20).
Baker Book House (E Paris) is hosting an evening of coffee and conversation around some ideas in Out of Print: A Novel on Thursday, Jan 10, at 7 p.m. I’d be delighted if you came.
My friend, Jeremy Bouma, reviews Out of Print over at novus lumen. Take a moment and read Jeremy’s comments.
If a group of you (in the metro-Grand Rapids, MI area) read the book and want to discuss it with me, contact me through the book web site.
** Leah D. Schwedler offered me this analogy. Thanks!

My book order arrived today. I’m thoroughly enjoying OUP, well, enjoying may not be the right word. I’m compelled to read it but creeped out by its implications of living in world where John 3:16 is only a recollection, not a reality.
